Registration for Spring 2017 Netball is now Open.

All registrations and payment for Spring 2017 must be received no later than 26th June 2017

Details to register are below – please be sure to read the full registration instructions as some steps have changed slightly to last season.

Season Dates.

Spring Season Season games commence Saturday 5th August 2017

Training is held on Tuesday Afternoons for U9 teams and Wednesday afternoons for U11, U13, U15 teams and up at St Cecilia’s Primary School, 4 Van Ness Avenue, Glen Iris.
First training day for Spring season will be announced closer to the date.

Games are held on Saturday mornings at the Ashwood Netball Courts

Spring 2017 Fees

Club Fees
Spring 2017 fees are $125 per player

VNA Fees
If you have not played netball in 2017 or participated in netsego, the Annual VNA fee is
also payable for spring. If you played winter 2017 or did netsetgo in term 2, you have already paid this fee and it is not payable again for spring..
VNA Fees are as follows:
Annual VNA Fee Junior ($51.00)
Annual VNA Fee Senior ($71)

Junior Player Registration (primary school year 2*-6).

Eligibility.

Spring 2017 season is open to players in Grade 2* (2017) and above

We welcome new players, and players from other schools are also welcome to join our club.
If you know someone that might be interested, please feel free to forward this information on to them or have them contact us.

*Players in grade 2 (2017) will be eligible to register in our U9 division for Spring 2017 providing they have completed netsetgo in Term 2.

Children currently grade 1 (2017) will have the opportunity to do another round of Netsetgo early 2018 before being eligible to play for Spring in 2018.

For players continuing in their current team or as an Individual Player Registration please complete your details as per the steps below.

Registration.

All registrations must be received strictly no later than 26th June.
We can not guarantee a place in a team after this date.

Step 1.
Locate your VNA Number

Please ensure you have your VNA number handy before completing your registration
If you have played netball in the past or have participated in Net Set Go, you will already have a VNA number.
You may have received a copy of this number in the form of a membership card from Netball Victoria.
If you don’t have this card/number you can retrieve your VNA ID from this link http://admin-netball.resultsvault.com/common/pages/noauth/AccountRecovery.aspx
the number you are looking for is under the heading Part Id: Once you have your number, you can then proceed through to your club registration with us.
If you are new to netball, and haven’t had a VNA in the past, please type NEW in the VNA box on the registration form.

Step 2.
Fill in details for each player you are registering at the below link.

Step 3.
Register/Pay via the team app

Registration payments for Spring Season will be taken via our Team App Store.
The registration section can be found in the ‘Store’ section of the app.
If you haven’t been on the app for a while you may need to log back in to be able to see the contents of the store.
If you don’t have the team app on your phone, you can do your registration online via our store at this link

- you will need to either sign up or log in to process your order.
(I’ve included instructions for Team App again at the end of this email for those that have not signed up).

Once logged in select Player 1 Spring 2017 Club Fees , and if you have a second child to register select qty 1 for Player 2 Spring 2017 Club Fees etc.
You can also select quantities for uniforms.

NOTE: VNA is not payable for players that have already played winter 2017 or participated in 2017 netsetgo. Please do not add this item to the cart as you would have already paid this.
Only add VNA if you have not participated in netball for 2017.

Step 4.
Checkout
Once you’ve selected your quantities click ‘checkout’ and you will be taken to the page to fill in your details.

IMPORTANT: please double check the total before pressing the final checkout – if for some reason the transaction doesn’t go through,
please double check the amount is correct before clicking again. If the amount has changed you may need to go back in and change your qty if it has changed.

Step 5.
Complete!
Your registration is complete if all of the steps have been completed above.

Uniforms.

All players are required to wear the new St Cecilia’s Netball Club Dresses
Dresses are $65 and can also now be ordered via the Team App Store

Team hoodies are also available at a cost of $50 and are great for keeping the players warm on cold mornings, they are not however mandatory.
Team hoodies can also be ordered via the team app store.
